Over the holiday season, we ran food drives for Move for Hunger, collecting food from our customers to donate to local food banks and help to alleviate hunger in our communities. We’re thrilled to announce that we collected 5,960 lbs of food across Calgary, Ottawa and Vancouver. That’s enough to help feed over 4950 people! Working with Move for Hunger continues to be something that we’re passionate about.
Move for Hunger is an incredible initiative, which began in 2009 and has found a way to make donating food as convenient as possible for individuals, whilst also utilising the day-to-day work and expertise of the moving industry for a great cause. Let’s end hunger!
