“Hi Tom! I was wondering if firstly you can pass on how happy we were with the crews that came to our house. April and Claude did such a great job on our pack day. They both are very pleasant and super hardworking. They are excellent at their jobs and I really appreciate all the work they completed.
Today was our loading day, we had Dave, Kevin, Jaylen, and we were lucky enough to get April again as well. They were all so hardworking, considerate and polite. They worked non-stop all day and had great attitudes.
If at all possible, I would really love to have the same 2 crews back for the unload and unpack if they are willing to do so and the schedule allows. They are already familiar with our stuff, and we were super happy with their work.
Later on both days after I had traded off with my husband, Mel and John (I hope I have those names right) came and my husband had lots of positive things to say about them as well.

“Excellent service by Tippet-Richardson at this end stage of our repatriating back from overseas. After our International move by Relosmart (that’s a whole another saga NOT related to Tippet-Richardson), our goods ultimately ended up at their bonded warehouse. As it turned out we are not able to move into out apartment for 9 months and are storing it there at a reasonable cost, and have been able to go into the warehouse and collect some boxes. All the while the fella in the back has been loading and unloading so that we could pick through. Great friendly and courteous service both times. Highly recommend.” – MBZ

The crew, Roy, Leon, Rob and Austin, first of all, were very professional, but also nice to work with, helpful and respectful. All working hard, but, unbelievably, we actually had fun doing it, communication lines always open. We have nothing but the highest prize for them all.
The driver, Leon, who was responsible for packing the trailer, is, in my mind, the most outstanding and responsible mover. It is rare to meet a guy who treats his job with such intelligence, patience and, at the same time, sense of humor. He is proud to pack his truck perfectly, safely and most efficiently.
For close to twenty years, both in Poland and Canada, I was working as an art director, designing and responsible for numerous (more than three hundred) and very fast set-ups of special events, television studio shows, theatre and movie sets, travelling trade shows etc. Almost every time I was overseeing a different crew.
